How do you order in Art2cloth?
You can choose a product design from Art2cloth that suits your desires from T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tank tops and baby onesies. Under the Title of the item you want there is a choice of Size, Color and Model, Please choose your shirt size, dress color and model (mens or womens). After that click the add to cart button.
After you press add to cart you can see the top right corner with the symbol of your bag will be directed to the depth of your cart. Please fill in the delivery address in accordance with your home address, don’t forget to write the correct street name, postal code and telephone number. If you enter the wrong postal code, your order is most likely not sent.
How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the shipping address will be saved automatically by our system after checkout (please check your address once before checkout, because if you enter the wrong address your order will not be sent and you cannot ask for a refund), if it has already written the wrong address, please notify us no later than 12 hours after checkout.
What are the payment methods available?
At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.
How do I make payments using Paypal? How does it work?

Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.
Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal. By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

How do you ship my orders?
For all shipments in our Art2cloth from US and China (Depends on existing Stock), If the color / size T Shirt or Sweatshirt in the US is empty, then we will send it from China with the same quality materials and prints as in the US.
Art2cloth send your order with various shipping services such as USPS (For US and Canada), 4PX (Usually for Germany), Australia Post, China EMS, DHL, La Poste (For France), Royal Mail, UK Mail. This is all we do for the sake of speed in sending your order to get home quickly.
How long will you receive tracking number?
We will update the tracking form every 3 days after the order is processed. We will provide a tracking number and shipping service that we use, so you can track your order on each of the shipping service websites (usually 5 days after the order, the tracking number that we provide can only be tracked).
What happens if there’s been a delivery mishap to my order? (Damaged or lost delivery)
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.
1. In the event of damaged samples received, we will require a proof photo of the affected samples and your DO (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the sample to you at no cost , subject to availability. In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at email@example.com
2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team in each shipping service and if there is a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
How long is Delivery Time?
For shipping within the United States takes 5-7 business days, Canada takes 7-14 working days, while outside US and Canada takes about 14-25 business days. The length of delivery is relative, depending on each of the nearest post office. In the case of natural disasters such as storms or holiday seasons of heavy traffic, all shipments are delayed.
